Tobacco Contains Dangerous Chemicals

Most of the chemicals in tobacco are natural but there are quite a few which come from pesticides.

Did you know that the Environmental Protection Agency lists tobacco smoke as a CLASS A carcinogen.
Anything listed as a Class A carcinogen is a product which is shown to cause cancer in people.

The chemicals cause harm by causing problems in the respiratory system as well as lung deterioration. The nicotine increases heart rate and the carbon monoxide lowers the oxygen needed by the heart.

Quitting is difficult because nicotine is very addictive.
Hypnosis has been shown to help break this addiction.
